Synopsis: The Holy Spirit called Saul and Barnabas to continue the advance of the gospel to the Gentiles. In chapters 13 and 14, they take their first missionary journey. It's messy! There is joyful fruit and joyful suffering. As the gospel continues to move forward today, we see the Holy Spirit calling people to the same messy mission: joyfully fruitful and joyfully difficult.
