Senior Pastor

Jeramie grew up in the U.S. in Las Vegas. He received a BA in Bible and Ancient Languages from Wheaton College, and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Jeramie pastored a church in the Boston area for 20 years before coming to ECC. He is an author and trains pastors in expository preaching through the Charles Simeon Trust. Jeramie and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 24 years. They have four children. Jeramie enjoys the outdoors, movies and board games.


Interim Pastor

Kevin and his wife Teresa have been married for 34 years and have lived in the Middle East for 30 years. Originally from the US, they met at BIOLA University. Kevin received his MDIV from Denver Seminary and holds a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies from Western Seminary. They have lived in the UAE since 1992 and Kevin has been a pastor at large with the Council of Evangelical Churches helping with churches in Dubai, Al Ain and now Abu Dhabi. They have two grown children. They love to visit new places and mix with people from different cultures.


Director of Children's Ministry

Jess Martin is originally from the United States but has been serving overseas for nearly ten years of which she spent the last six serving in Egypt. She has always known that her passion is working with children. She feels that the best part about working with children and youth is knowing that God will use these kids to continue building His kingdom long after her work is done. Jess is the proud pet-mum of a Yorkie named Fino. In her free time, she enjoys sci-fi, reading, writing her own stories, attempting triathlons and baking.


Director of Senior Teen Ministry

Chris, originally comes from Durban, South Africa where he studied Theology at Bethesda Bible College. He came to Abu Dhabi in 2008, after getting married to Ronali. He had been serving in the church part-time as Youth Pastor, along with his wife Ronali. In 2015, He joined the church staff in a full time capacity. Together with Ronali, they lead the Senior Teen Ministry. He especially enjoys seeing teenagers taking a stand for Christ and standing in the gap. He loves to play a game of squash or volleyball when time allows and would love to spend more time camping and seeing God's hand in His creation.

They have 3 beautiful daughters.


Director of Junior Teen Ministry

Jim Jose holds an Indian passport but was born and brought up in the little city of Al Ain, 140 kms from here. Jim has a Bachelor's in Engineering and a Master's in Business Adminstration. Half-way through his MBA God called him to youth ministry and since 2004 he has worked with the youth in the region. He also works full time with Arabian Gulf Youth for Christ. He loves to work with 11 to 14 year olds because that is a very impressionable age and they are able to grasp a lot of teachings. Jim is married to Jinju and they have two daughters. In his free time, he loves to speak in third person, as well as bake and cook and loves reading.


Graphic Designer

Christie, from Miami, Florida, graduated with degrees in Business and Human Resource Management from the Florida State University in the United States in 1994. She then helped build and maintain the website for Dade County Building Code Compliance for three years before moving on to run the website department for a graphic design agency in Coral Gables, Florida. She joined the ECC staff in May 2010 to serve as graphic designer and website manager. She is married to Bernd and has two children. She runs the Prayers & Squares quilt ministry at ECC.


Office Administrator

Christopher is from India, born and raised in Gadag, in the state of Karnataka. He moved to Abu Dhabi in 1996 and worked in Electronics Company till 2003 and, in 2004, joined Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM) Middle East Office. He joined the ECC staff in 2008 and does a wide variety of tasks. He enjoys reading, playing the guitar and watching sports, particularly cricket.

Christopher and Liz married in 1994 and they have two children, Ethan and Christelle.


Office & Personal Assistant

Nardeen was born in Abu Dhabi, but spent the last 16 years living in Canada, and has also lived in Egypt and Cyprus. She has returned to Abu Dhabi one year ago and is anticipating great things from the Lord. She received her MDiv in Biblical Studies from Tyndale Seminary in 2008. Nardeen has a special affinity for the Old Testament in general, and the books of Jeremiah, Leviticus and Hebrews in particular. She loves to teach, read, write, and try new (sugar-free) foods and recipes.



Louretha, South African, has been living in the UAE for the past 6 years. Prior to that, she lived in Europe, specifically Germany and Belgium. She completed her BCompt Degree in Accounting and Auditing in 2013. Entrepreneurial by heart, she has been involved with 2 family businesses over the past 25 years. She is married to Stephen and has 2 adult children.
